Privacy Policy

This is the constituent website of Daniel Berry, Alderman on the Tullahoma Board of Mayor and Aldermen. This policy explains, in plain language, what information the site collects and how it's used. The short version: I only collect what you choose to send me, and I don't sell it or use it for advertising.

What I collect

• What you send through the contact form: your name, your message, and — only if you choose to give them — your email and phone number.
• Basic technical logs: like most websites, the server may record standard information (such as the type of request and time) to keep the site running and secure. This isn't used to track you.

There are no advertising trackers on this site, and I don't sell or rent your information to anyone.

Why I collect it

So I can read your questions and concerns and get back to you. If you don't include an email or phone number, I'll still read your message, but I won't have a way to respond.

Public records

As an elected official, messages you send me may be considered public records under Tennessee law and could be subject to disclosure. Please keep that in mind and avoid sending sensitive personal information (such as account numbers or Social Security numbers) through this site.

Who sees your message

Messages come to me and any staff or volunteers who help me respond to constituents. I keep them only as long as needed to respond and to keep records of constituent service.

Your choices

• Leave your email and phone out if you'd prefer not to share them.
• Ask me to delete a message you sent by emailing dberry@tullahoma.gov (subject to any public-records obligations).
